
According to the mission of MARK-PLAN, Creative Department permanently emerged and developed marketing theory and practice on the Yugoslav market. The client's prosperity and the continual cooperation are the main measurement of the our success. MARK-PLAN was established as full-service agency and most activities in the Creative Department are based on market data analysis, a strategy proposition, advertising production, placing it in approved media, media plan, budget verification, etc. When a budget is relatively small, Creative Department is working as Creative Boutique, concentrate entirely on preparing the creative execution of client communications, presenting only creative recommendations to a client. Although the Creative Department is flexible in organization, but is strict in quality and deadline control.
Advertising Campaigns
There are effective messages and there are messages which have effect. Among the numerous messages we hear and see daily, only a few really achieve their goal - give answers and steer the action (buying a product or a service).
We are creating, programming and realizing complete advertising campaigns. Among these activities we particularly point out:
- product, consumer and market analysis,
- setting communication goals,
- determining creative concept and strategy,
- media choice (media plan and timetable),
- creation and production of advertising means,
- monitoring,
- efficiency control...
Public Relations
A few of Yugoslav firms have Public Relations departments. Even fewer are those who conduct some of these activities. Public Relations activities make way for the promotional activities, improve their effects, decrease financial expenditures, shorten the time of reaching the goal. We do the following:
- create and realize PR activities program,
- prepare information for media representatives,
- organize press conferences,
- co-operate with media representatives,
- internal marketing.
Sales Promotion
For the last eighteen years, American firms spend more on advertising means, actions and sales promotion, POP's, etc. than on advertising in five basic media. If one of the most important functions of promotional activities is sales promotion, then we are bound to widely use:
- sales promotion activities aimed at consumers,
- sales promotion activities aimed at distributors,
- sales promotion activities aimed at retailers,
- point of purchase promotional activities,
- fair and exhibition appearances, with accompanying manifestations.
The activity, within the sales promotion, that we are very proud of is the organization of the sales department and sales force. The project of reorganization of the sales force of BAMBI is one of the first of its kind in YU. The effects of this reorganization are evident and beyond all expectations.
Direct Marketing
One of marketing activities not very much present in this country (this is not the case in developed countries of the world). We have already mentioned the treasure hidden in our data bank.
Design
At this point in time, products do not fulfil just the primary needs of people. Value of goods, and their price on the market, is largely determined by the functionality of their shape and aesthetic experience it offers. We in MARK-PLAN follow the marketing approach in designing. At the same time we are working on:
- product design,
- package design,
- visual shaping of advertising messages,
- designing complete visual identity of a firm.
